Payment + Refund Policy

All transactions for purchase of digital products, downloads, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process. This website and its creators/owners/managers will never have access to your payment information.

Because your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” once made available for download. Accordingly, no refunds will be given for any purchase made on appeal.californiachildcarelicensing.com, nor can any exchanges be made.

This website and its creators/owners reserve the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Delivery of Goods and Services

A link to download your product was sent to the email address entered during checkout. If you did not receive the digital product link upon purchase, please check any spam/filtered folders in the email account used for purchase. If the product is still not received, contact howard@californiachildcarelicensing.com with your name and transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
